 If you’re dealing with OCD and want something structured (but not rigid) that you can work through on your own time, this self-guided program might be a good fit.

You’ll get 12 quick, straightforward lessons that walk you through how I-CBT works, why it helps, and how to start using it to change the way your brain handles OCD thoughts. Go at your own pace, and rewatch anything that helps.

📝 Simple Tools You’ll Actually Use
You’ll get workbooks with short exercises that connect directly to what you’re learning. Nothing fancy. Just things that help when your OCD is loud or when you catch yourself in the same loop again.

🧭 A Clear Path Forward
The course is designed so you know exactly what to do next without needing to figure it out yourself. Each lesson builds on the last, giving you a structure that makes sense even on the days when OCD makes everything feel harder.

This was built to help you get out of the OCD story and back into whatever your life actually looks like, including work, relationships, errands, sleep. You don’t need perfect motivation. You just need a structure that makes sense, and a way to get unstuck when you hit a wall. That’s what this is.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support that meets you where you are.

If you want a standing time each week to focus on your progress with a therapist who gets OCD, this is for you. You’ll work with one of our trained providers using ERP and CBT.

Each session focuses on:

  • Identifying and understanding your OCD triggers.

  • Learning and practicing coping strategies.

  • Monitoring progress and adjusting techniques as needed.

    We work with kids, teens, and adults. Sessions are weekly, and we’ll build a plan that fits your life.

    30 Day ICBT Individual Intensive

     Focused sessions for people who want to move faster.

    What’s included:

    • One 90-minute intake where we map out exactly what’s keeping you stuck
    • Three sessions per week for four weeks (enough frequency to build traction)
    • Text-based support between sessions so you’re not white-knuckling it alone
    • Full access to the self-guided ICBT course and the ICBT Skills Support program
    • One follow-up session two weeks after we finish, because the work keeps working

    Why It Works

    OCD loses power when you stop giving it time to regroup. Intensive treatment compresses what could take months into weeks not by rushing by staying close to the work before old patterns have a chance to settle back in.
