Our Inference-Based CBT (ICBT) program is designed to help you break free from the OCD spiral so you can be present and enjoy everyday moments again.

What You Can Expect From the Program
Weekly Live Group Sessions
Each week the group meets live to learn about a core ICBT concept, then you’ll practice applying it on you own. Sessions teach you new skills, step by step, so you have the knowledge to move forward.
Email Support
You don’t have to figure this out on your own. You can send emails to the program leader any time with questions. Emails are answered twice a week so you don’t need to wait till the next session.
Skill-Building Exercises
Access 12 weeks of course resources, like recorded lessons, worksheets, exercises, and prompts. Practical resources make sure you’re making real changes, not just talking about it.
Program Logistics
- Program Duration: 12 weeks, starting June 17th, 2025
- Meetings: Weekly meetings online for 50 minutes, every Tuesday at 12:00 CST.
- Online Access to Course Materials: Recorded lessons, exercises, handouts, tips, and worksheets to help you develop and apply skills.
- Weekly Fee: $65 per week, which includes all live sessions, program resources, email support, and a 1:1 session with Dr. Kertz.
- Commitment: This is a full 12-week program and spots are limited. By enrolling, you’re committing to engage in this structured experience, with a focus on achieving sustainable, meaningful change.
