You’ve probably already done the research. Maybe you’ve even tried therapy that missed the mark. If you’re here, you’re looking for something that actually works. Something built for the kind of anxiety and OCD you live with every day. That’s what we do.

This isn’t talk therapy that nods and asks how that makes you feel. We use proven methods like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (ICBT) that help retrain your brain and find a sense of calm again.

If you’re dealing with obsessive thoughts, compulsions, panic, or constant mental loops, you don’t need vague advice. You need something that makes sense and that gives you a path forward.

We offer three ways to work with us.  Each one is structured, evidence-based, and focused on giving you tools you can use for the rest of your life. The right fit depends on what you need right now, not how “severe” your symptoms are.

ICBT Online Program

If you’re dealing with OCD and want something structured (but not rigid) and you like knowing there’s a real person you can check in with when you need it, this is probably for you. Here’s what you’ll get:

🧠 Short Video Lessons You Can Actually Finish
You’ll get 12 quick, straightforward lessons that walk you through how ICBT works, why it helps, and how to start using it to change the way your brain handles OCD thoughts. You can go at your own pace, and rewatch anything that helps.

📝 Simple Tools You’ll Actually Use
You’ll get workbooks with short exercises that connect directly to what you’re learning. Nothing fancy. Just things that help when your OCD is loud or when you catch yourself in the same loop again.

📞 Two Individual Sessions with Dr. Kertz
We’ll meet in Week 2 and Week 4 for 30 minutes. This is where we’ll figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what to adjust. If you’re stuck, this is when we work through it. 

📬 Weekly Emails to Keep You Moving
I’ll check in once a week with a short email. A reminder, a question, something to help you stay connected to the work, without overwhelming you or adding more to your plate.

This was built to help you get out of the mental spin quickly, and back into whatever your life actually looks like, including work, relationships, errands, sleep. You don’t need perfect motivation. You just need a structure that makes sense, and a way to get unstuck when you hit a wall. That’s what this is.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support that meets you where you are.

If you want a standing time each week to focus on your progress with a therapist who gets OCD, this is for you. You’ll work with one of our trained providers using ERP and CBT.

Each session focuses on:

  • Identifying and understanding your OCD triggers.

  • Learning and practicing coping strategies.

  • Monitoring progress and adjusting techniques as needed.

    We work with kids, teens, and adults. Sessions are weekly, and we’ll build a plan that fits your life.

    Intensive Therapy

    Focused sessions for people who want to move faster.

    Some people feel stuck. Others need to make progress quickly. If that’s you, this option offers longer sessions (half or full days) to:

    • Get deeper into what’s happening

    • Practice skills in real-time

    • Start changing patterns that feel impossible to break

    Intensives usually involve meeting for several hours, 1 to 2 times per week. We’ll talk first to make sure this is a good fit. Then we’ll build something that works for your life.
