Individual Weekly Therapy

Our Individual Weekly Therapy provides personalized support tailored to your symptoms and goals.

You’ll work closely with your therapist to develop a unique treatment plan.

Each session you’ll have dedicated time to discuss what’s working for you and where you need more support.

Your therapist will ask you questions to understand your unique situation and give tailored strategies and feedback to help you on your journey.

This approach is ideal for people who are looking for a one-on-one setting to explore and manage OCD symptoms. For kids, teens, and adults.

Intensive Therapy

Our Intensive Therapy option is for people looking for an accelerated approach to managing OCD and anxiety. Designed for individuals ready to move past fear and avoidance, this program provides practical tools to help you regain control and live a fuller life.

Intensives differ from traditional weekly therapy by offering concentrated, extended sessions tailored to your specific goals. Each session involves exposure-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Inference-Based CBT to help you address triggers and break free from avoidance. Programs can be structured as half-day (2 to 3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) sessions.

This program is ideal for those motivated to make rapid progress, manage anxiety in real-world settings, or overcome barriers like travel fears or medical appointments. With personalized planning, hands-on practice, and a clear aftercare roadmap, you can expect faster results than traditional therapy.
