What You Can Expect From the Program
Weekly Live Group Sessions
Each week the group meets live to learn about a core ICBT concept, then you’ll practice applying it together. Sessions teach you new skills, step by step, so you have the knowledge to move forward.
Private Online Community
Join a supportive network where you can ask questions, get support, and share experiences with others in the group. They get it because they’re on the same journey with you. Connection gives you motivation to keep making progress.
Skill-Building Exercises
Access course resources, like worksheets, exercises, and journal prompts. Or chat with our ICBT chatbot, available for 24/7 support. Practical resources make sure you’re making real changes, not just talking about it.

Program Logistics
- 30 Minute Intake Session: Discuss your current symptoms and goals for the program.
- Program Duration: 12 weeks, starting January 2025
- Meetings: Weekly meetings online for 50 minutes, every Wednesday at 5:30 CST.
- Online Access to Course Materials: Exercises, handouts, tips, and worksheets to help you develop and apply skills.
- Weekly Fee: $65 per week, which includes all live sessions, access to the community, and program resources.
- Commitment: This is a full 12-week program. By enrolling, you’re committing to engage in this structured experience, with a focus on achieving sustainable, meaningful change.
