The Search for Certainty that Never Ends

Living with OCD is miserable. You’re tired of living in fear, caught in endless mental loops. You’re spending hours searching the internet and seeking reassurance from others to find certainty, but nothing gives you relief that lasts.  The irritability and stress makes it hard to be present and it’s starting to take a toll on your relationships. You’ve tried talk therapy and exposure therapy but they  haven’t worked for you.

You shouldn’t have to live like this.

Our Inference-Based CBT (ICBT) program is designed to help you break free from the OCD spiral so you can be present and enjoy everyday moments again.

ICBT is an alternative approach to treating OCD without exposure therapy. If you’re new to ICBT, you can learn more about it in our short mini class here.
